Application Expiration Dates

Certain services and products such as campaign and limited-time-only merchandise have an application expiration date. We shall provide the expiration dates for all applicable services or products.

Customer Fees Other Than Subscription Plan Rates

• Packet communication fees may apply when streaming data through a phone
  line connection (packet communication rates vary according to the subscriber's carrier
  contract).
• Necessary communication fees for internet access, provider fees and
  other internet usage-related fees.
• Admission fees, etc., to customer events that we host.

Payment method and payment period for paid items with AWA community functions

Stripe, Inc. will be the billing and collection agents.
The payment method and payment period for paid items shall be in accordance with the provisions of Stripe, Inc.

*You will be billed when the purchase procedure for the paid item is completed, and the payment amount will be withdrawn on the date specified in the contract with Stripe, Inc.
*If you are a minor or a person with limited capacity to act who requires the consent of a guardian or other authorized person, please obtain the consent of a guardian or other authorized person (for example, a legal representative such as a parental authority if you are a minor) before making a purchase of a paid item.

When will paid items be delivered?

Paid items will be delivered as soon as the payment procedure is completed.

Payment Cancellation After Making a Payment

Due to the nature of the digital content service, no refunds will be granted after you have completed the
payment procedure of your subscription fee.
