Application Expiration Dates
Certain services and products such as campaign and limited-time-only merchandise have an application expiration date. We shall provide the expiration dates for all applicable services or products.
Customer Fees Other Than Subscription Plan Rates
- Packet communication fees may apply when streaming data through a phone line connection (packet communication rates vary according to the subscriber's carrier contract).
- Necessary communication fees for internet access, provider fees and other internet usage-related fees.
- Admission fees, etc., to customer events that we host.
Payment Method
Payment Method and Payment Period of Subscription Fees
Payment methods of your subscription fee and payment date depend on the terms and conditions of Billing and Receipt Agents.
※You are billed once you have completed the application process for a pay subscription plan, and funds are transferred on the day as set forth in your contract with Billing and Receipt Agents.
In addition, both Apple App Store, Google Play, Stripe, Boku Managed Subscription, or the billing functions prescribed by Other Processor use an auto-renew system in the billing of periodic subscription fee. Your subscription will automatically renew unless you turn off the auto-renew function via your Apple App Store, Google Play Store account, AWA's official website (https://awa.fm), the method prescribed by Other Processor. For more details, please see "FAQ".
※If a subscriber is a minor, applying to this service signifies that a legal representative of the minor, such as a parent or legal guardian, has agreed to the terms of service.
Payment method and payment period for paid items with AWA community functions
※You will be billed when the purchase procedure for the paid item is completed, and the payment amount will be withdrawn on the date specified in the contract with Apple Inc. and Google Inc. and , Stripe, Inc.
※If you are a minor or a person with limited capacity to act who requires the consent of a guardian or other authorized person, please obtain the consent of a guardian or other authorized person (for example, a legal representative such as a parental authority if you are a minor) before making a purchase of a paid item.
Start Date of Paid Services
Once you have finished the payment procedure of the subscription fee, you can start using the service.
When will paid items be delivered?
Paid items will be delivered as soon as the payment procedure is completed.
Payment Cancellation After Making a Payment
Due to the nature of the digital content service, no refunds will be granted after you have completed the payment procedure of your subscription fee.
